Whenever I take stress orwhen Iam scared my heart starts to palpitate which lasts for some second or minute
But those one minute turns out to be hell for me but otherwise my heart doesn't palpitate at all
As of now I am doing yoga,meditation and physical workout to remove this
Should i consult a doctor for This?
But i am 100% sure the underlying cause for palpitations are negative thoughts and stress
What to do?
