My sister is suffering from suffocation and heart palpitations and also she has been diagnosed with anxiety earlier.

Need to see a physician so they assess what is the exact problem- it can be cardiac, psychiatric or gastrointestinal cause as well. If risk factors- obesity, DM, HTN, family history need a general health check.
