Heart pain

I'm facing pain on the left side of my chest for the last 28 hrs. Pain lasts almost a few seconds and is gone on its own. The pain is not heavy  and I am facing a little stretching type on my left arm. I ate heavy food last morning and thereafter the pain started. I'm also facing constipation sometimes. So this is cardiac pain or something else pls answer.
