Little bit normal in my head so I walked carefully to my home and I slept normally. When I woke up there was no symptoms but pain at the upper back and little thightness in my chest is still here. I am not sure is this a panic attack or heart attack and I am scared that I did permanent damage to my heart but I Am only 22 to have a heart attack
