arjun bark or churn may taken takea teaspoonful arjun bark or churn add it  400gms milk or water and boil this until remains 100 ml  ,mix sugar as you like and take this twice daily up to cure.

अर्जुन छाल 5 gm लेकर 400ml पानी मे उबालें जब उबलते उबलते 100ml बचे तब उसे सुबह खाली पेट 1 बार लें
