Hello, She needs opening of her mitral valve by balloon valvotomy provided her valve anatomy is suitable. Till then she needs some medicines to reduce her symptoms. Consult online directly for further evaluation

As per the echo report she can undergo balloon valvotomy too. First take her to a cardiologist , If he says it's a pliable valve on echo then go ahead with balloon valvotomy. It saves her from a major surgery n issues of prosthetic valve management..
