After having lunch specially after consuming 3 roti / chappathi, I seem to have fast heart beating with hot feeling in stomach and I can feel the pulse beating fast in my stomach throat and head with that sinking feeling in my stomach and also feel little weak lightheaded dizzy and fatigued and breathing is also little impaired and this lasts for about 4 -5 hours easily What could be the reason..I don't think it's anxiety or panic cuz I've taken meds before the prob is still there after eating even if I take anxiety meds..is it relating to something I'm eating or something else..please help in not able to work due to these problems.
