I have one problem is that when I go in a meeting and senior stanpi me and ask something my heart beat go fast .even I know answer and when I go on stage my heart beat. Fast and breathless Ness ..I know full presentation properly but in front of people my heart beat out of control and breathless Ness same some time I fight to talk in out side I beacome breathless Ness ...what is problem how I solve it I m very disturbing . Now even if some say tell your name on chair standup possition then my heart beat fast
