My left ear can hear sound above 80 decible My rigjt ear can hear sound 40 decible Then can i do make hearing certificate? What is % of hearing impairment??? Please soon reply

You need to get detailed hearing evaluation by a qualified ENT specialist and audiologist for identification of type of hearing loss you are having. Usually government certified ENT specialist will be able to help you to give appropriate disability certificate after analyzing your pure tone audiogram reports
