I had a sudden hearing loss and ringing sensation in my left ear since the past two days . Today I'm having tremors along with breathing difficulty and chest tightness . I also have irritability and terrible headache I'm having modalert 200 placida and petril along with forglyn plus inhaler for asthma I feel that my heart is beating very fast Im also feeling numb in my left ear and it is very difficult to wake up on the morning I have vestibular migraine too
