My 3 yrs kid, speaking only 3 or 4 words, eye contact maintain partially or poor, he can't response when we cal with his name,other activates are good like eating his own and waking, running, playing with my family members, i already concerned ENT and audiologist they are suggested speech therapy

If hearing and other mental faculties are normal,speech will follow. Just keep speaking to him in normal,adult language. On the other hand,if his behavior seems abnormal,consult a good paediatric psychologist.
