How much cryoprecipited should be given to patient suffering from heamophilia and having factor VIII assey report (having activity level 19.5%) before a surgery

For surgery factorVIII level need to be maintained 60 to 100%.....since your factor activity is approx 20%...you need (80×0.5×body wt)IU of factor VIII infusion to achieve the level before surgery

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  You do not have to worry about that. Whatever amount is required will be done and given by the treating doctors. You cannot do anything regarding this.
