I'm 23 years old, at my 14/15 age,I started to feel tired and this tiredness became to grow with years with High heart beats with Tremor in the hands, shoulder, face and neck when stirring.five years ago I started to feel weakness and disorder in hearing voices and same in vision eyes problems and I have Lack of strength in my body and even in my legs. Is this a genetic disorder ?

Any investigations done so far?have organic causes been ruled out? Chronic Fatigue Syndrome will need multidisciplinary approach if this is the case
