Doctor, I have had a bumpy structure on both palatopharyngeal arches for the past few years, which I have marked in the attached photos. I am 25 years old and a smoker.About 3 years ago, I consulted an ENT specialist regarding this. The doctor examined me and said that it was due to inflammation and prescribed Sporlac. After taking the medicine, the bumpy structure disappeared. However, about three months later, it appeared again, initially on the left side.I have also had a habit of eating spicy and oily foods, late-night meals such as biryani, and consuming alcohol for the past two years. I have recently stopped drinking alcohol and have also reduced/avoided spicy and oily foods and late-night meals.I am concerned about whether these persistent/recurrent bumps could be related to cancer because I am a smoker. I frequently examine my throat using a mirror and my mobile phone torch, and this has been causing health anxiety. Could you please recommend appropriate treatment.

Hello Good that you stopped alcohol and improved your diet. It would be better if you stopped smoking as well. Whatever you are having right now seems like the effect of years of acid reflux which won't go away in a day or week or even a month. It takes lots of time and dietary management.
Next Steps
stop smoking reduce spicy food consume curd/buttermilk along with your meals hydration according to your weight and height have dinner 2h before sleeping
Health Tips
Observe for 3-4weeks with all these lifestyle changes. You can consult an ENT nearby. My clinic is in Bangalore 😄
