Hi , for body and head pain you can take pain killer like zerodol p or any 1 available with you . For shevering I need to ask you questions like if you have fever or any history of fever if you have any weakness etc based on these I can give you my advice over this

Monitor temperature and o2 saturation, you can take paracetamol for your symptoms. If the symptoms persists or progress in the next 2 days then get tested for covid
