Its been 4 days was hving exterme headache, its in central part in head and in forhead.. Central part of head tender to touch... I am taking pacinac np 500 from ystday pain light but still head heavy and light pain there in head.. Pain increse when i change position bend head or when i lie down in bed chnage postion in sleep... I dont know what is causing it. I hv checked my bp ystday 2 time bp also normal but i dont know what causing it.. Kindly advise something.. I am diabetes type 2 person...

Pretty young for diabetes. Need to consult as if routine painkillers are not helping then needs change in therapy but before that meds proper examination.
