I have been using cotton buds frequently to clean my ears because I find them very sticky too often, and it is uncomfortable. Probably as a consequence to that, I am having ear pain and minor hearing loss in my left ear. Sometimes I also get headaches but they are localized to the left side of my head.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. You can take a tab. Zerodol-p twice a day after food for 2 days. Stop using cotton buds. Ear wax may have got pushed further inside or may be your ear drum would have got damaged. Get it checked out by a ENT specialist in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards.
