Hi doctors. I'm 3 months pregnant and since yesterday I'm having a headache. It's so painful and annoying that I'm not able to do any work. Even the back of my head hurts. My neck and shoulder is also paining and is stiff. I sleep without a pillow. Please suggest medication.
