I am getting random symptomps like head pressure on both sides ,its like someone squeezing my head and below ears , sometimes feels numbness in head ,tension in neck and scalf,pins and needles on chest,back, below chest and sometimes below waist and numbness in fingers also sometimes pinches in eyes just above eyebrows and below eyes . These symptoms are very random and occurs on both side but mostly right.. It does not last longer but i feel it everyday. I have dry eyes.please advise
