I suffer from headaches and whe i get these headaches i often loose the ability to speak. It sounds like I've had a stroke, however i've recently found out that if i have i sex during one of these episodes my speech comes back. Are you able to tell me why please and if theres a likelihood i will loose my speach permanently.

It is unlikely u lost your speech permanently. Exactly not able to tell u cause of this problem But it is likely related to headache. Pls consult nearest neurologist.
