Hi I am a working professional and I am getting mild to severe headaches on left part of my head since last 3-4 days while reading something on laptop or sitting for too long. The headache starts right from the morning when I wake up and gets more prominent as the day passes. I thought it could be lack of sleep or some stress but this doesn't seem to Go off even with 8-10 hrs of sleep. I wear spects but this hasn't happened to me earlier. What could be the reason and how can I cure it? Please help

Dear patient. Headache can be primary or secondary to other causes as well. In your case with a short duration and the description provided you it appears like tension type headache. Plz consult a neuropsychiatrist for ameliorating your problem

Since you are having unilateral headache the causes might be neurological. If your headache is associated with vertigo or dizziness it might be due to cervical spondylitis. If it only headache it might be due to migraine or cervical spondylitis.
Next Steps
Kindly consult a neurologist.
