I have a problem whenever I speak on mobile calls , I get headache Can I know reasons and precautions to be taken

Hi nahi. I can understand your concern. Speaking for long hours on mobile phones can be the cause here and in such cases you should just avoid long calls. Use a earphone as much as you can and keep the volume low. Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards.
