I feel sudden headache while working. After that my body feels numb for a couple of minutes. Every night my body temperature cross average temperature for body on meanwhile I feel weakness too.

It would be better if u go to a Gynaecologist. There could be many reasons for these headaches and temperature increase.

Hello migraine stress headache Tension headache Anemia Meningitis should be ruled out consult physician for further evaluation and treatment bettr to get a complete blood count investigation... Have a good sleep without disturbance Eat more of fruits and green leafy vegetables I hope this helps.
