I have been having constant severeheadaches mostly on the left side of my head and also with a stiff neck and chest pain on the same side. I feel really tired more often and dizzy if I stay somewhere for sometime and when I get up I feel like fainting. my body gets numb more often and sometimes it's hard to breathe

Hello there. I can understand your concern. As of now you can take a tab. Paracetamol 650mg twice a day after food for 2 days. Tab. Renerve-plus once a day after food for 15 days.
