I have been having short breathness ,chest pain ,fever ,headache ,joint pain ,specially in legs ,shivering,fatigue and swelling in whole body specially in face for last 5 months ,m taking medication but not getting any relief ,is there any problm related to my kidney

Get urine examination ,blood urea,serum creatinine and ultrasonography of abdomen especially for kidney,ureter& bladder.consult a physician for clinical examination
