Headache,stomach pain,very much weakness

These symptoms are from about 15 days, what disease it can be. I think it's brain worm or bacterial infection because I drank something with water one day and I don't know what was that. Please help me identifying this problem, I am feeling very awkward now a days, please suggest me what it can be. I am 15 years old.
