Hello, there are different types of headache. like tension headache, migraine, cluster headache, sinus headache, acute headache . Detailed history on site ,duration ,intensity of headache is required to know the cause. Back pain could be due to paraspinal muscle spasm , radiculopathy , spondylitis etc.. Sit in proper postur ,don't lift heavy weight, exercise daily, sleep well . consult orthopedic surgeon
