Sir i hv headache since 3 months and I feel a constant pain on head under skull. No sneeze, no coughing, no pain in nose but when I bow down I felt something coming towards nose but actually nothing comes. I done CT pns which report is attached. Please see and say if anything serious. Thank you

Your CT scan is showing only a minimum sinus problem, the headache is possibly due to some other reason, Migraine, etc
