Is it associated with vomiting , blurring of vision

Hello there. it could be migraine. i feel you were going to add more detail but submitted the question accidentally. what i would like to know that is there aura associated with the headache. like do you get nausea or vomiting before the headache or during the headache? do you like to be in the dark while you are having the headache? in migraine usually a patient has nausea and even vomiting. he feels irritated when some one switches on the light or even makes a sound and like to be in a quiet dark room. consult a physician in person for further examination and management of the same.
