Headache on top of head

I am having a headache on top of my head and on backside from last 1 day and it is continuous . Please suggest me what it is and anything serious . I am a software engineer .

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Since it's just of 1 day duration, you can just take a tab. Zerodol-p twice a day after food for a day or two.
