Some times I suffer from severe headache only on my left side front half portion.. It generally triggers due to either lack of sleep or missing meal or if I am little tensed or if I'm exposed to sun for long hours... I don't know what to do... My sister is having migraine so she suggested me to take VASOGRAIN medicine.. It gives me little rest from these severe headache... Please suggest me what should I do?
