Different ideas came in my mind
Sometimes I got very angry & my headache starts very badly
I even sometimes don't know what should I do & what's I am going to
I feels very badly & sometimes I want to cry even
Hi there I understand your concern and anxiety... Try to manage stressful situations with calm and piece...With that fallow relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation,avoid alcohol, smoking, coffee, tea...have good sleep and develop healthy food habits...if no improvements consult psychiatrist they will do the needful.
