Headache from 10 months last corner if my head, no other symptoms mostly at evening tones and not daily.pls help me.

take paracetamol 500 mg bd or aspirin 325 mg bd or ibuprofen 400mg bd. for five days .follow the helpfull tips mentioned below .if not solved consult a general physician for further diagnostic evaluation.
