Feeling uneasy in crowded and noisey places. Also noticed some pain in back side of head, numbness in hand and foot

One symptom you feel can be phonophobia.. unable to tolerate noise. It can be migraine. Then you need to consult a doctor Or due to rasa kshaya which can be managed with replenishing fluids..
