Sir it's been 6 days since Dengue positive. Other things are fine.  headache is prominent Not going inspite of ultracet n dolo. Please 🙏 help

If there is no vomitting or change in behaviour or any bleeding then it could be just fever related headaches. Keep an eye on platelet counts. If any of above mentioned symptoms happen then get CT HEAD done.
