After long travelling of 500 kms at high speed of 100kms to 130kms per hour, she is feeling dizziness for the past 2-3 days with vomiting feeling and gastric problem. No history of sugar (112 pp) bp (118/78) or any other gynae problem. She is a patient of nose polips
