Headache fm 3days in back of the head

Headache from last 3 days in back of the head, pain is bearable but my head is heavy due to pain( back side)...now pain is shifted to left half ( again mainly back of the head)

Hello... Headache can be due to many reasons like stress related, migraine, sinusitis, glaucoma.. are you under any stress?? Do you have any vomitings associated? I just want to know any triggering factors.. you can take paracetemol 500mg for your pain.. if it still continues meet physician for further evaluation.. thank you..
