I have been a fever and loose motion for 2 days and I am in a condition of totally tired.can you offer a medicine for me ?? How caused to me ?? What is the problem with me??

You might gave a infection of the intestinal tract. Keep hydrated drink plenty of fluids, Use Paracetamol for fever, ORS for salt and electrolyte replacement. Usually caused by contaminated food or water.
