Hello Doctor, I get severe headache once I go out in sun n come back and ringing in the ear. Do i need to take CT scan or just tablets are enough?

Headache may occur due to many reasons..if it is frequent and severe CT scan/MRI should be done to rule out certain pathology.. consult with an ENT specialist for opinion..
