Headache dizziness

No dibet e s. Bp ok with medication. R egular walk. V i t d b12 cal hemoglobin ok. Lipid ok. Age 57. Mild chakkar. Dizziness. Mri brain normal. Family doctor says no treatment. Have anxiety but problem is real

I agree with Dr Manju Lihala, middle ear or inner ear problems could cause dizziness. Get an ENT consult.
