Headache since last one month. Kabhi kam kabhi jyada. Xray kiya but all ok. No tension no extra burden

Headache in a 12 year old child for one month is a problem which requires attention. Just because X-ray is normal, you should not take it easy. If the headache is interfering with her activities or school attendance, she requires a review.
