Hello Vellore the problem you are having adequate to rest and sleep is very important apart from that I would suggest you to take Paracetamol thrice a day when you have fever and then you can also take Cetirizine 10 mg twice a day as it will help you to tackle with the cold you can also take steam inhalation which will help you in it
