My friend is having headache and vomitting since the morning. She doesn't feel like eating as well. What could be the possible reason behind it?

Reasons could be many. Proper history is required. To relieve the symptoms kindly follow the advice. Tab PAN40 mg. One tab now and one tab before breakfast Tab ONDEM 4 mg. One tab now. And one tablet if Vomiting occurs even tomorrow. Tab BRUFEN 400 mg. One tablet now. ORS. sips to be taken Thanks.
