I usually have mild headache, numbness, itching and pain in my leg, fatigued and blurry vision and sometime I feel as if I'll passout. Can you please advise

Need to add age and how long u have these issues. Avoid prolonged periods of screen time. Regular exercises and walks. Relaxation therapy and sos painkillers. If no improvement then consult.
