please stay hydrated .no need to worry. please take tablet pcm 625 mg 3 times a day. cap. omez 2 times a day. DO NOT take aspirin or ibuprofen .

Kindly take tablet Paracetamol 650mg three times a day for 2 to 3 days to avoid these mild symptoms... Do not take any other medicine containing aspirin, ibuprofen salt etc.. Only paracetamol..!!
