Headache accompanied by fainting

My sister has headache and backbone pain due to which she faints often twice or thrice in a day. When her head ache she shouts and cry loudly. Doctors have performed several tests but every reports are normal. Even MRI reports are normal. But the problem is not solved. Sir, if could figure out the problem please provide your valuable advice. Thank you.

Can I see ur MRI brain? Have u got fundus examination of eye done for papilloedema?
