M suffering from headache, naushia, pain in neck, stiffness, always feeling of sickness, low energy..tired and sleepy. I was examined with loss of servical lordosis. Kindly assist.

Get mri cervical spine.... according to mri I can suggest whether conservative treatment would help or operative is required
