Continue to take the medication as it will help you recover.
Parallel to the medication try indulging in excercise at least 4 times in a week for minimum 30 minutes. This can be in form of walk, jogging, swimming, gym etc.
Make modifications in your diet. Avoid unhealthy eating habits.
Take proper sleep. Human beings need about 6-8 hours of quality sleep.
