My bavk side of the head seems to be vibrating and twitching. I tried to record it but it's not visible but I can sense it . What can it possibly be

Hi, I can understand your concern you may be suffering from cervical spondylitis check for Cervical X ray for conformation for now you can use tab Zerodol p twice a day after food for 3 days
