Head spinning when hungry

Hi.. my head spins when i am hungry.. although i am eating less than usual.. but it has started recently that whenever i am hungry, i feel dizzy. Additionally i have been recently diagnosed with cervical spondylosis. Is it related or is it something else.. please help!
